  • The Impossible…

I don’t understand that if the Bible says, The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy but I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly, why believers don’t just do as they did in the Bible? (John 10:10) Scoff at the miraculous and call it phony but they put up with sickness and spend their entire lives in it and die young or before their time and call it God because they just don’t understand.

We’re supposed to live by the Word of God we should take it as it is and be blessed because of it. Be a living testimony to a lost and dying world that they’re missing God. Bring them to jealousy, enough to seek His face and experience Him. But we don’t even know what we’re missing because half of the family of faith or a lot of Christians live satisfied in their dead, dry religion.

In the Bible it is written “If I am not doing my Father’s works don’t believe me. But if I am doing them and you don’t believe me, believe the world. This way you will know and understand that the Father is in me and I in the Father” (John 1:37-38).

We live in the natural world but we’re supposed to be residing in it while, abiding in Jesus and walking in the supernatural for all to see. Not to bring us glory but to shine a light on our good and living God. Otherwise we look no different from the world. Why else would they want or need Jesus? Most don’t live as if their last day on earth could be today so what’s the motivation for seeking Him first and His righteousness?

Many seek first their own lives may it be because of sickness, or their possessions, their family, their schedules, their bank accounts before they seek Christ. Mark 10:25 said,  “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man [who places his faith in wealth or status] to enter the kingdom of God.” Further down in that chapter it says ” With man it is impossible, but not with God, because with God all things are possible.” (v27)

Most Christians set limits to what God can do by exalting their problems over the Word of God. They see with their natural eyes instead of seeing with their spiritual eyes so they can’t walk on water like Peter did in the Bible. All things are possible with God. How do we not understand that and take it for what’s spoken? Take God at His Word and see what happens.

                     THE IMPOSSIBLE!!

Try it. It works. Use your faith to see the impossible instead of leaning upon your own understanding. The more that I’ve done this in my life or my family’s lives I have seen, experienced healing of the impossible; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If I could write a book of the impossible things God accomplished in my life I guarantee it would be a best seller.

If you know Christ live like you do. Believe Him for just what is spoken in His Word not just for the time Bible was written but FOR YOU FOR TODAY. The Word Jesus is the same YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER. He IS the Word made flesh. Allow Him to circulate through your flesh and renew your mind WITH His truth, instead of your own. See what happens.

(Romans 1:17 TPT) “This gospel unveils a continual revelation of God’s righteousness—a perfect righteousness given to us when we believe. And it moves us from receiving life through faith, to the power of living by faith. This is what the Scripture means when it says: “We are right with God through life-giving faith!”

  • What kind of seeds are you planting?

Our words have more to do with leading our circumstances than we think. Our words can create life or death according to Proverbs. So the question to think of for ourselves is what are we speaking into our atmospheres and where are they leading us? Somewhere you want to be or not?

Seeds when planted into the ground have the power to produce beautiful large plants that bring fruits or vegetables to bring us nutrients to strengthen us. They can also produce weeds that choke out those beautiful plants, taking away the needed water or minerals that fertilize the plants and help them grow.

What sorts of things are you professing about yourself, your circumstances or even someone else and where is this taking you? We all have one and the same enemy fighting for our destruction. No matter how the fight is pronounced in our lives, it’s all for the same end. The question is how do we fight back to win? We have a book that was written by the Holy Spirit for our everyday use. We forget that. We get caught up in the world and it’s ways to attempt to fight back that just doesn’t work.

If we spent the time in our Bible like we do on other things we might very well have a strategy on how to fight back. This plan would very well bringing satisfaction as well as a battle plan that would make us “more than conquerors through Christ”.

If we spent time writing out the Words by hand that God gives to us and meditating upon them, what would happen to our so-called negative diagnosis in our health? You know God doesn’t push Himself upon anybody. He waits for you to send the Word into the air by faith so that He can touch your circumstances.

So the question is what are you speaking and how do you know? My challenge to you is to begin to make changes in your life so that God can unveil Himself even more to you. Renew your mind with His truth and allow Him to cut through these circumstances and see where that leads.

“Now the mind of the flesh is death [both now and forever—because it pursues sin]; but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace [the spiritual well-being that comes from walking with God—both now and forever];” (Romans 8:6)

is 61.1 I am called to preach to those in jail ‘freedom’ pĕqach-qowach in Christ! I HAVE TO BE A SERVANT

I am free. Many would say this. But truly are you free? What are you free from? Fear? Anxiety? Debt? Bad choices? Are you free to live and move and have your being in Christ? What path are you walking that’s leading you toward freedom? Do you see an expected end?

For freedom, Christ set us free. Stand firm then and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery. Gal 5.1

Freedom (legitimate or licentious, chiefly moral or ceremonial):—liberty. True liberty is living as we should not as we please. (eleutheria G1656, bbb)

2 Cor 3.17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

This matter arose because some false brothers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus in order to enslave us. Gal 2.4

For freedom, Christ set us free. Stand firm then and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery. Gal 5.1

For you were called to be free, brothers and sisters; only don’t use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love. Gal 5.13

But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer who works — this person will be blessed in what he does. Ja 1.25

Speak and act as those who are to be judged by the law of freedom. Jam 2.12, 1 Pet 2.16

They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption, since people are enslaved to whatever defeats them. 2 Pet 2.19

When my husband and I first got married I rode in a semi truck with him while he drove his truck for a living. We lived, and slept in that cab traveling the countryside. During that time I really got to see, up close and personal, what my inner struggles were. These issues I had dealt with my entire life but in my stubbornness I chose not to accept them as truly things that I needed to change or allow God to.

We lived in a semi with a cab measuring approximately 61 inches high by 42 inches deep by 75 inches wide. We traveled the country for anywhere from 2-3 weeks at a time. When I began to really hear how I spoke to my new husband, how it broke his heart it was then that it broke my heart as well. That’s when the Lord spoke to me about getting serious in fighting the battle with my mouth. This really challenged my faith in the Bible and showed me that it truly was my sword I needed to use to cut out of me those unruly thought patterns that led me speak out those nasty words.

God led me to search His Word to find Scriptures that could change my attitudes, words and behaviors. I found verses that literally changed the words coming out of my mouth. It was then God made Himself very real to me and I saw the way to fight any battle in my life and be successful at it was to throw God’s Word at it. It was truly taking God at His Word and applying it like medicine in order to experience healing.

Since then there have been so many opportunities in my life, as well as in my marriage, to apply the Word in medicinal ways and I have been more than a conqueror, not through myself and my strength, but through Christ’s strength.

Take your time today to apply God’s Word to whatever struggles you have and see how He makes a way where there is no way. God is our ever present help in times of trouble (Ps 46:1) “My strength is sufficient for my power is made perfect in your weakness.” (2 Cor 12:9) Experience that in your life so that you can genuinely teach that to someone else.

Today be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Blessings to you this day in the mighty name of Yeshua My Savior and Lord.

    A Davidic psalm.

1 The earth and everything in it,
    the world and its inhabitants,
    belong to the Lord;
2 for He laid its foundation on the seas
and established it on the rivers.

3 Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in His holy place?
4 The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who has not set his mind[a] on what is false,
and who has not sworn deceitfully.
5 He will receive blessing from the Lord,
and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 Such is the generation of those who seek Him,
who seek the face of the God of Jacob.[b]Selah

7 Lift up your heads, you gates!
    Rise up, ancient doors!
Then the King of glory will come in.
8 Who is this King of glory?
    The Lord, strong and mighty,
    the Lord, mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, you gates!
    Rise up, ancient doors!
Then the King of glory will come in.
10 Who is He, this King of glory?
    The Lord of Hosts,
He is the King of glory.Selah

Sometimes it’s really hard not to base our understanding of God’s Word on our experiences but it’s necessary if we will ever expect to experience God’s Word rightly in our lives. That’s called FAITH. If we didn’t believe this way Jesus would be a liar. And we would have false worship.

No matter your circumstances what has God shown you that the world needs to know? I can tell you HE’S FAITHFUL. I have experienced God so many times when it just seems like I have no one. God is ALWAYS there to catch me. To touch me. To catch me. To teach me. To reach me. To save me. To fill me. He can do what no one else can. He says that if I seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness that I will have everything I need. Do you take Him at His Word? It may seem so simple but it’s as the Bible says simple enough for a child to understand.

Where are you today? What is your priority? As our world is crumbling before our eyes what is your hope in? Is it lasting? How do you know?

If we who are [abiding] in Christ have hoped only in this life [and this is all there is], then we are of all people most miserable and to be pitied…And if Christ has not risen, then our preaching is in vain [it amounts to nothing] and your faith is devoid of truth and is fruitless (without effect, empty, imaginary, and unfounded).  And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is mere delusion [futile, fruitless], and you are still in your sins [under the control and penalty of sin]... (1 Cor 15:14, 17, 19)

That was a risk because I had no idea what I was doing except following a Word from God I got from a Beth Moore conference I’d received directly from her that I should write the book that God had been speaking to me about writing. It’s never a waste of your time to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to see where it leads.
